Entre ellos, la ley de paridad y la circular N\u00b0 0989\/5\/2018 del Ministerio de Agricultura y Equipamiento Rural. Esta \u00faltima conced\u00eda cuotas a las mujeres para reducir las desigualdades de g\u00e9nero en las actividades agr\u00edcolas. Pero en el seguimiento no se hab\u00eda avanzado.<\/p>\n<p>El 15 de mayo de 2024, el nuevo Ministro de Agricultura, Soberan\u00eda Alimentaria y Ganader\u00eda volvi\u00f3 a publicar la circular N0989\/5\/2018 con el objetivo de supervisar la aplicaci\u00f3n de la circular 0989. En preparaci\u00f3n de la campa\u00f1a agr\u00edcola 2024-2025, el Ministro, a trav\u00e9s de esta nueva circular recordatoria n\u00b000590, ha dado instrucciones para el seguimiento de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la circular de 2018. Pide que se asignen como m\u00ednimo<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15% de nuevos desarrollos a partir de aguas superficiales<\/li>\n<li>20% de nuevos desarrollos a partir de aguas subterr\u00e1neas<\/li>\n<li>20% de semillas de cacahuete<\/li>\n<li>20% de semillas de arroz<\/li>\n<li>Tractores 15%<\/li>\n<li>Equipo de cultivo arrastrado por tractor 20%<\/li>\n<li>Financiaci\u00f3n 40%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta circular refleja las esperanzas de las mujeres que componen el ANFF, y llega tras una fuerte defensa de su aplicaci\u00f3n en el marco de la campa\u00f1a Stand for Her Land (Defiende su tierra). El objetivo de la campa\u00f1a es reducir la brecha entre el marco jur\u00eddico y la realidad sobre el terreno en lo que respecta al acceso de las mujeres a la tierra. Esta incidencia se llev\u00f3 a cabo durante la celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer en Bayakh el 8 de marzo de 2024, donde m\u00e1s de 200 mujeres del mundo agr\u00edcola exigieron ante las autoridades la aplicaci\u00f3n de la circular de 2018 para reducir las desigualdades de g\u00e9nero en las actividades agr\u00edcolas. El panel de alto nivel organizado por el Banco Mundial y la agencia alemana de desarrollo GIZ tambi\u00e9n fue una oportunidad para que la ANFF se comprometiera firmemente con la aplicaci\u00f3n de la circular de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>En Senegal, la cuesti\u00f3n de los derechos de las mujeres sobre la tierra sigue siendo una preocupaci\u00f3n importante para el desarrollo sostenible, dado el contexto de la gesti\u00f3n sostenible de los recursos naturales y la reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza. La actuaci\u00f3n de las distintas partes interesadas, incluida la ANFF, se basa en la constataci\u00f3n general de que el acceso y el control de las mujeres sobre la tierra son notoriamente d\u00e9biles, debido a la persistencia de desigualdades y a un proceso de socializaci\u00f3n que favorece esta discriminaci\u00f3n. La ANFF celebra la iniciativa de suspender los procedimientos de tenencia de la tierra en 18 zonas de alto riesgo del pa\u00eds, y pide al Jefe del Estado que vaya m\u00e1s all\u00e1 con una reforma agraria que tenga en cuenta las necesidades espec\u00edficas de los grupos vulnerables, en particular las mujeres y los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DAKAR -
