\"\"<\/a><\/strong>Los derechos de las mujeres sobre la tierra est\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticamente negados en Bangladesh; aqu\u00ed las mujeres tienen poco acceso a la tierra agr\u00edcola y no agr\u00edcola. Esta es la realidad, al menos para la mayor\u00eda de las mujeres pobres y marginadas. Existen obst\u00e1culos tanto en el lado de la demanda como en el de la oferta que influyen en la no realizaci\u00f3n de los derechos de las mujeres a la tierra. Los obst\u00e1culos del lado de la demanda incluyen, entre otros, el analfabetismo y la ignorancia de las mujeres y su desgana a la hora de reclamar sus derechos sobre la tierra debido a las normas y expectativas sociales. Los obst\u00e1culos del lado de la oferta incluyen pol\u00edticas deficientes, una aplicaci\u00f3n deficiente y la falta de voluntad institucional y de mecanismos de gobernanza para proteger y promover los derechos de las mujeres a la tierra.<\/p>\n

En este contexto, se encarga esta evaluaci\u00f3n para identificar las lagunas legales y pol\u00edticas relativas al acceso de las mujeres a los derechos sobre la tierra, las normas sociales y las pr\u00e1cticas de comportamiento entre las diferentes comunidades.<\/p>\n
