Les nouveaux membres de Stand for Her Land contribuent \u00e0 renforcer les efforts de promotion des donn\u00e9es et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension de l'impact des droits fonciers sur l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes.<\/em><\/p>\n

Stand for Her Land (S4HL) est heureux d'annoncer que l'Alliance mondiale pour la terre (GLA) et Prindex ont rejoint la campagne S4HL, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi le mouvement croissant visant \u00e0 combler le foss\u00e9 entre la politique et la pratique et \u00e0 aider des millions de femmes \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leurs droits fonciers dans leur vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n

Prindex, l'indice mondial des droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de GLA, est un effort collaboratif r\u00e9volutionnaire visant \u00e0 mesurer la perception qu'ont les populations de leurs droits fonciers et de propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Depuis son lancement en 2016, Prindex a \u00e9largi sa base de donn\u00e9es mondiale pour inclure des mesures provenant de 141 pays, englobant 95 % de la population et incluant des groupes souvent exclus - ce qui en fait de loin la collection de donn\u00e9es la plus compl\u00e8te et la plus inclusive sur la perception de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonci\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

\"Le manque de donn\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonci\u00e8re des femmes constitue un d\u00e9fi majeur pour les efforts visant \u00e0 garantir les droits fonciers des femmes\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Esther Mwaura-Muiru, directrice du plaidoyer mondial de la S4HL. \"Global Land Alliance et Prindex am\u00e9lioreront notre compr\u00e9hension de l'impact de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des droits fonciers des femmes et contribueront \u00e0 faire en sorte que les femmes comptent\".<\/p>\n

GLA et Prindex rejoignent une coalition multipartite d'organisations et d'institutions qui constituent le comit\u00e9 de pilotage de S4HL, l'organisation internationale de d\u00e9fense des droits fonciers Landesa assurant le secr\u00e9tariat de la campagne. Parmi les autres membres figurent le Global Land Tool Network, Habitat for Humanity, la Commission Huairou, la Coalition internationale pour l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la terre, l'Initiative pour les droits et les ressources et la Banque mondiale.<\/p>\n

Lanc\u00e9e officiellement en 2022 \u00e0 la suite d'efforts exploratoires initi\u00e9s en 2019, S4HL s'efforce de renforcer les droits fonciers des femmes, du niveau mondial \u00e0 la base. Au niveau mondial, la campagne plaide pour les droits fonciers des femmes dans les programmes et cadres de d\u00e9veloppement durable aux niveaux international et r\u00e9gional, y compris parmi les conventions de l'ONU, l'Union africaine et d'autres responsables de l'\u00e9laboration des programmes. Aux niveaux national et local, les coalitions nationales du S4HL au Bangladesh, en Colombie, en \u00c9thiopie, au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, en Tanzanie et en Ouganda s'appuient sur la compr\u00e9hension et l'expertise locales pour informer la l\u00e9gislation et le plaidoyer politique, la mise en \u0153uvre et les efforts de sensibilisation qui, ensemble, ont le potentiel d'aider des millions de femmes \u00e0 obtenir des droits fonciers s\u00fbrs dans leur vie de tous les jours.<\/p>\n
