Mais dans de nombreux pays d'Afrique, les femmes se heurtent \u00e0 des obstacles juridiques et culturels qui les emp\u00eachent de jouir de droits \u00e9gaux \u00e0 la terre. Cela a des cons\u00e9quences importantes sur leurs moyens de subsistance, leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et leur statut au sein de leur foyer et de leur communaut\u00e9. Des changements sont n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir aux femmes un acc\u00e8s sans entrave \u00e0 la terre et le pouvoir de prendre leurs propres d\u00e9cisions concernant l'utilisation de la terre. De tels changements sont essentiels pour promouvoir les droits de l'homme et la d\u00e9mocratie en Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>Stand for Her Land s'est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Nation Media Group pour organiser le Nation Leadership Forum \u00e0 Kampala, en Ouganda.
