\"\"<\/a><\/strong>Les droits fonciers des femmes sont pratiquement bafou\u00e9s au Bangladesh ; les femmes n'ont qu'un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux terres agricoles et non agricoles. Telle est la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, du moins pour la plupart des femmes pauvres et marginalis\u00e9es. Des goulets d'\u00e9tranglement, tant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la demande que de l'offre, jouent un r\u00f4le dans la non-r\u00e9alisation des droits fonciers des femmes. Les obstacles li\u00e9s \u00e0 la demande comprennent, entre autres, l'analphab\u00e9tisme et l'ignorance des femmes, ainsi que leur r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 revendiquer leurs droits fonciers en raison des normes et des attentes sociales. Les contraintes du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'offre comprennent des politiques m\u00e9diocres, une mauvaise mise en \u0153uvre et un manque de volont\u00e9 institutionnelle et de m\u00e9canismes de gouvernance pour prot\u00e9ger et promouvoir les droits fonciers des femmes.<\/p>\n

Dans ce contexte, cette \u00e9valuation est command\u00e9e pour identifier les lacunes juridiques et politiques concernant l'acc\u00e8s des femmes aux droits fonciers, les normes sociales et les pratiques comportementales au sein des diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes tr\u00e8s reconnaissants \u00e0 l'Association pour la r\u00e9forme agraire et le d\u00e9veloppement (ALRD) et \u00e0 Landesa de nous avoir confi\u00e9 la responsabilit\u00e9 d'entreprendre cette importante \u00e9tude.
